What do you need from us to start?
Access to calendars/booking tools, messaging channels (email/SMS), and basic copy or brand tone. We follow least-privilege access.
Can we keep a human in the loop?
Yes. Start in "draft then approve" mode, then graduate to auto-send with guardrails per channel or intent.
Is it secure?
Yes. We use least-privilege access, store keys in vaults, minimize PII, and remove access at offboarding. Audit logs available on request.
What support do we get?
Monitoring, error alerts, monthly KPI reports, and small change requests under the Care Plan.
How is pricing structured?
